About Mary
I’m Mary Polizzotti, an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher based in San Francisco. I’ve practiced yoga for more than 20 years and have been teaching since 2016.
I teach a vigorous vinyasa flow that will focus the breath, calm the mind, and strengthen the body. I trained as a classical ballerina as a child and an amazing vinyasa flow reminds me of a dance - fluid, graceful, and strong. I am also an avid salsa and bachata dancer!
My goal is to get others on the journey to feel better - body, mind, and spirit. I am committed to growing as a teacher so I can impart the same amount of joy to others that yoga gives to me. I teach public vinyasa classes in San Francisco and work individually with students and yoga teachers through private instruction and mentorship.
Movement Direction & Brand Work
In addition to teaching, I work with brands and creative teams on movement direction for photo and video productions, bringing a background in yoga, classical ballet, and dance to help create natural, dynamic movement on camera.
Previous work includes serving as Movement Director for a lululemon photo and video shoot.
Available for movement direction, yoga and movement consulting, on-camera instruction, and select brand and production collaborations.
Practice With Me in San Francisco
